Deadlifts are one of my favorite lifts! When I first started deadlifting, I was just like every other beginner, I messed up a lot. Remember, getting the lift right takes practice. Even lifters who have been lifting for years, still learn new things.

I feel like form is so important for weight lifting. I'm always a little intimidated by that but this video is really helpful!

Form is everything! A huge part of form is also having control of the weight. And there's absolutely nothing wrong with starting slow and light to get it right! :-P @GetFitwithAmy
