@sandisoto That could be because of a lot of things, but all of it good! It could be that the mint and lemon revved up your metabolism making your tummy ready for more food since its burning calories faster OR it could be the ingredients mixing with the not-so-great stuff in your tummy (like built up grease) and its just not meshing well :)
ok I think the second one is more suitable. everyone said be sure your near a restroom or in private when first trying these

so I have a question. can I add limes(green) instead of lemons(yellow)?
I tried this and the mint was way to strong it gave me a major headache right after I drank the water ? opinions why?
