5-6 full-sheet graham crackers (or 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs)
2 Tablespoons (30 grams) unsalted or salted butter, melted (or melted coconut oil)
8 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, softened (do not use fat free)
3/4 cup (185 grams) Chobani Greek yogurt
2 egg whites
1/4 cup (50 grams) granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons (16 grams) all-purpose flour
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup (80 grams) raspberry jam
