Veg Travels: Eating Vegan in Montreal
Montreal is an incredible city full of good music, friendly people, and great food. These eateries combine all three plus more and aren't place you should be skipping on your trip ;)
I'm still new to the Montreal scene (having only been there once!) so I'd love to hear about new places for my next train ride up there!

Aux Vivres

This little vegan haven with a juice bar and bakery is the perfect brunch space in Montreal. They're one of the hottest vegan spots in the city, and are best known for their Dragon Bowl (packed with rice, veggies, grilled tofu, and a mysterious dragon sauce) that will get your mouth watering.

Crudessence

Totally raw, totally vegan, totally mouthwatering. They whip up everything from gourmet chocolates to lasagna, and boooooy is it good!

The Green Panther

Craving falafel in Canada? Look no further, The Green Panther has got you covered. Plus they add in tasty ingredients like sauerkraut, sprouts, and pickles to their sandwiches.
If you aren't feeling the pita, they have a ton of awesome smoothies and baked goods too!

Burritoville

Nothing can make a day better quite like a good burrito, and that's exactly what you'll find at Burritoville. In all of their dishes, the cheese can be replaced by guacamole or sweet potatoes, so the menu is all yours!

The tofu scramble at Aux Vivres looks so good. I've actually always wanted to go to Montreal, and this makes me want to go even more. I love the fusion of Europe and North America that the French Canadian parts of Canada have. It'd be interesting to check out someday.
