In the process of getting prepped for my wedding (next year), and in the spirit of Spring cleaning, my mom and I found some interesting finds...like acrylic box picture frames from the 80s...with some horrendous photos to boot! I was thinking that I could create a fun DIY lightbox out of them, which I still might write about later. But then I found this cool upcycled idea from I Heart Naptime.
Get started by finding a sturdy frame with a glass cover. Replace the photo in the frame with a piece of patterned paper. Keep it fun and flirty (or masculine for men!) by using some gift-wrapping paper or something fun from your craft paper scraps.
If need be, you can spray paint the frame a metal or solid color to breathe new life into an old boring picture frame.
All that's left to do is get some dry erase markers and you're done!
