Evil Queen from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs would've asked "Mirror mirror on the wall, who's the fairest in the land?" and the mirror would answered "My Queen, you are the fairest in the world."

"Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the fittest of them all?"
"My dear, you will the the fittest and sexiest, if you keep pushing yourself."

While I try to find something useful information about running, because workout #5 is running, I realized that I don't know well about running. I even have flat feet and I'm the one who needs help for better form. But I'm going to keep looking for somewhat helpful and accurate tips and post them!

If you use your computer, you could edit your hips and waist. So, it would give you clear picture of yourself, current and future both.
I hope you all have a chance to meet your future. No more sigh in front of mirror. Just believe in yourself and keep going!
