Hello fam! I've been making adjustments to my lifestyle so I can have a healthier life. One big thing that I do is utilize natural alternatives to my healthcare regimen. The Black pepper allows our body to absorb the tumeric. I just sprinkle on food. It does stain so be careful. I use these both to regulate my hormones and this stuff is golden! I do not have the issues I had with my POCS once I changed to taking these two together. I actual purchased these in liquid form recently and love it. However, you can purchase the maca in powder form and both in supplement form.

개인적으로 허지웅을 좋아하는 편은 아니지만 아주 싫어하는 편도 아니었는데. 혈액암 투병을 하다가 완치 되어서 나혼자산다에 돌아온 허지웅의 모습이 굉장히 의외였음. 예전에 뾰족뾰족하던 염세주의자 느낌은 많이 사라지고 어느 정도 둥글둥글해지고 많이 밝아지려고 노력한 모습이 보였음. 결혼도 하고 자식도 낳고 싶다고 하고. 나도 바뀐 모습을 보고 굉장히 놀랐었는데, 나를 포함한 많은 염세주의자들이 허지웅을 보고 놀란 것 같음ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 도움 받을 용기라.. 허지웅 방송분 암으로 투병할 때도 어머니나 동생 그 이외에 다른 친구들도 절대 오지 말라고 하고 거의 모든 과정을 혼자 감내했다고 함. + 허지웅이 2016년에 아버지와 자신에 대해 썼던 글. Hello fam! I constantly making sure in order for me to reduce stress and manage mental health I must take self care important. I have some tips to help those who want to reduce stress by self care. BTS will help me out. *Disclaimer I'm not a doctor. Consult with PCP if you have health issues. I'm sharing my skin care routine.* Tip 1: Meditation and or relaxing This will help you wind down and reduce those racing thoughts. You can add in deep breathing if you like. I rest while listening to calming music or rain music. Tip 2: Pamper yourself or skincare At the end of the day I take time to enjoy my skincare routine. The scents and applying the products can be relaxing. Tip 3: Make time with friends Being around positive friends and having fun can help reduce stress and remind you that you are loved. At least once a month my friends and I always do something e.g. lunch, dinner, spa day, etc. Tip 4: Eating healthy and drinking lots of water Sometimes it is true you can be mean when hungry lol. I know I am. I feel bad physically when I eat lots of greasy foods and drink sugary drinks. Make sure to eat those in moderation and stay hydrated. This can improve health. '님 천재임?' 디스 이스 코뮤니즘. 진짜 빡대가리같은 발상이었다 염도가 높아져서 물고기가 뒤지는게 문제인데 염도를 낮출 생각을 해야지 거기 물고기를 더 넣다니 진짜 헬소련스런 해결방식이다 환경을 개선하고 물고기를 풀어야지 그냥 대책없이 물고기를 비행기로 날라서 호수에 그대로 처박으니 당연히 물고기들이 살아서 번식하긴 커녕 전부 뒤져나갔다 아랄 해의 식량생산이 개선되긴 커녕 물고기 시체가 바글바글 썩어가면서 오히려 상황이 악화됐다 돈낭비 환경낭비 인명낭비 그 자체였다 그런데 여기서 예상 외의 사태가 벌어진다 온 사방이 썩어가는 시체로 가득하고 물은 짜고 오염은 날이 갈수록 심해지는 상황에서도 유입된 쏘-련 가자미가 쌩쌩하게 살아서 번식하기 시작한 것이다 공산주의 파워인지 뭔지 하여튼 빨갱이 가자미는 강인했다. 아랄해의 오염이 나아지지는 않았지만 어쨌든 바다에 다시 물고기가 돌아다니게 만드는데는 성공한 것이다. 이걸로 뽤괭이 친구들은 더 이상 어부들이 굶어죽는 일은 없겠지 싶었다. 근데 또 문제가 생겼다. 어부들이 가자미 먹는 것을 거부한 것이다 왜? 당시 소련은 심심하면 핵실험을 할 정도로 핵에 미쳐있는 친구들이었다 그리고 가자미 면상 꼬라지를 보자 원래 아랄해에는 가자미가 안 살았다. 근데 난데없이 다들 뒤져나가기 바쁜 헬지옥 난이도 바다에서 유일하게 쌩쌩한 물고기가 이렇게 생겨먹었다 눈깔 두 개가 얼굴 한 쪽에 몰려있는 흉악스런 생김새. 이걸 본 어부들 입장에서 도무지 의심을 안 할래야 안 할수가 없었다 이윽고 합리적 의심이 떠돌기 시작한다 아 정부 새끼들 방사능 오염된 물고기 우리한테 짬처리 시킨 거 아니냐? 이거 체르노빌 출신이라던데? 이 새끼들 우리한테 방사능 처먹이고 결과 관찰하려는거 아님? 솔직히 어부를 탓할 수는 없는 노릇이다 가자미가 바닥에 누워 사느라 저렇게 진화한거긴 하지만 모르는 사람 눈깔에는 영락없는 돌연변이잖아 소련 친구들은 열심히 어부들한테 이거 멀쩡한 물고기라고 해명을 했지만 아무도 안 믿었다 결국 아랄해 가자미를 어부들이 먹게 하려고 소련인이 아니라 덴마크인이 와야 했다 덴마크 사람들이 가자미 요리법까지 가르쳐주고 자기가 직접 먹은 후에야 아랄 어부들은 가자미를 낚아올리기 시작했다 근데 신기한게 인간의 이 개짓거리에도 불구하고 아랄해는 어떻게 복구는 되고 있다 자연은 참 위대하네 [출처 - 디시인사이드 고질라맛스키틀즈] 여담으로 저렇게 댐을 지어서 짓겟다던 목화 농사는 말라가는 아랄해에서 불어온 소금황사때문에 다 조졌다고 합니다. 결말까지 완벽...

Namjoon Stans Neapolitan Frappe We all know Namjoon likes all types of ladies so this would fit him well with three tasty flavors as the base. Jin Stans Strawberry Chesscake Frappe We all know pink is his color since he is called the pink princess. It was just his fate to also be the strawberry chesscake princess as well. Yoongi Stans... All Cream Frappe Yoongi is know for that creamy flawless skin. This drink is like having Yoongi in slow small sips.... Hobi stans Strawberry Lemonade Frappe We all know Hobi is the burst of bright light in the group! This drink will awaken your taste buds just like Hobi would (take this statement as you want lol)! Jimin stans... The Nutella Now we all know papi chulo loves chocolate! He has said this many times. This drink is him all day! V stans.... Jungkook stans Tuxedo Mocha This half creme half mocha drink is super smooth just like Jungkook's moves. Plus ot is half light and dark like Jungkook.
