Ashley Tisdale recently sat down with Heath Magazine to talk about how on earth she got her awesome body. Turns out, there is no big secret - just a little commitment to exercise and diet!
"Dedicate at least an hour every day to something fitness-related. Any physical activity helps your health and is also a good stress reliever."
Ashely works out three days a week with her personal trainer, and takes kickboxing once a week. She's also newly addicted to yoga which she tries to fit in once a week as well.
"Yoga is my favorite thing to do because it's so much more than a workout. It's a spiritual and mentally-good-for-you experience."

Cardio for People Who Hate Cardio
"Cardio is not my favorite. I usually do the StairMaster, but to be on one machine for a long time? It's hard for me to just stay there."
Instead, Ashley takes a class that uses the climber but in time to music. It's like a spin class meets the StairMaster!
"Even if you do 12,000 steps a day, you lose, like, a pound a week. But you have to find the time. It takes so long!"
Ashley doesn't like most cardio workouts, especially spinning, so she took up walking instead and her body literally transformed!
"You can work out as much as you want, but if your diet isn't where it should be, you're never going to get to where you want to go."
Ashley Tisdale wants you to know one thing: she loves food. She loves her body more though so even though it pains her to put down the chocolate cake, she is learning to love healthy foods so that her hard work in the gym will pay off.
