I have been drinking this infused water and I wonder if I'm supposed to eat what I put inside the water for best results or just throw it?? Cuz I have try to eat it and they are tasteless :-P
This is an Ayurveda recipe, Eating them later will surely do no harm, apart from the taste u r logically eating the source of all the juices, and practically eating the fibrous part which helps digestion naturally. Win win situation from all aspects. PS. Ginger root is naturally heat for tummy, can induce lose motions for few people with delicate or soft digestion.
