Tone Your Skin with Three Facial Exercises
Exercising is essential to keep the body fit. In the same sense our skin could benefit from facial exercise. Working out your facial muscles can tone, lift and boost elasticity. As we age our collagen production decreases and skin becomes saggy. Which is why facial exercise can help re-contour our face. The facial movements also help increase circulation and strengthen the muscle beneath the skin. As a result, our skin becomes more firm and radiant.
To get youth and glowing skin, do this daily:

Facial Exercise #1: Fish Face

Set One
1. Suck in your cheeks and purse your lips like a fish.
2. Smile as hard as you can (with your lips still pursed).
3. Hold it for 10 seconds. Rest.
4. Repeat 3x.
Set Two
1. Repeat steps one and two from above.
2. Wriggle and pump your cheek muscles up and down 12x.
3. Relax

Facial Exercise #2: Kiss Face

Set One
1. Pout your lips.
2. Smile with your lips still pursed.
3. Hold for 10 seconds. Rest
4. Repeat 3x.
Set Two
1. Repeat steps one and two.
2. Pump your cheek muscles up and down 12x.
3. Relax.

Facial Exercise #3: Whistle Face

Set One
1. Make an "O" with your lips.
2. Smile with your lips still in the "O" shape.
3. Hold for 10 seconds. Rest
4. Repeat 3x.
Set Two
1. Repeat steps one and two.
2. Pump your cheeks up and down 12x.
3. Relax
Your face may feel tired at first, but it'll get better as you progress each day. When doing these facial exercises try to relax your eyes and every other part of your face. Instead, just focus on the cheek muscles! You'll see a difference within 3 days.
