Summer Citrus JELL-O Mold
This dessert is light enough to eat outdoors in the blazing heat. It’s also the perfect option if you’re hosting a casual night in sitting poolside with a couple of friends. No matter what the occasion, this JELL-O mold makes enough for 10+ people, and will be a crowd favorite among every age range.

Let's get started:

4 reg. boxes Instant Orange JELL-O Mix
1 can 20 oz. crushed pineapple (reserve juices)
1 can 15 oz. mandarin oranges (reserve juices)
1 container 16 oz. sour cream
1 container 8 oz. frozen cool whip

Mix:

orange JELL-O with 4 cups of hot water and 4 cups of cold water (use the juice from canned items with cold water to equal the 4 cups).

Mix:

cool whip and sour cream while it's still warm and continue mixing until all creams are incorporated. Note: Make sure there are no lumps!

Add:

crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges to the mixture.

Refrigerate:

overnight to set the mold.

Serve:

the next day for guests to enjoy.

Jello by itself is so nasty but I actually really like it with fruit. The orange/pineapple combo sounds yummy!
Completely agree @Sjeanyoon basic JELL-O can be really bland tasting but when you add fruit it really mixes things up and adds new flavor!
