@nokcha I love MapMyWalk! I love that it measures out a nice route for you. I also used to do this 10 minutes 'beach body preparation' workout on Workout Trainer and really enjoyed it. Between that and C25K, I feel like my iPhone did a pretty damn good job of getting me in better shape hahaha.
