DIY Anti-Wrinkle Mask

We all want to embrace our youthful skin, unfortunately as we age our skin also follows. There are a lot of factors which causes wrinkles. The ultraviolet rays from the sun, genetics, our facial reactions, unhealthy habits, poor diet and stress. While facial reaction is something we don't mind, wrinkles from environmental damage is not healthy for the skin. There are many over the counter creams out there that offer to get rid of wrinkles (some actually works). However, a lot of the creams contain chemicals that your skin don't necessary need. To keep things simple, make your own anti-wrinkle mask that uses two simple ingredients for smooth skin. Skin type: All skin type. Application: Use 1-2 times a week [INGREDIENTS] Oatmeal - You may know this as a heart healthy hot cereal, but it does much more than lower cholesterol. It contains 18 amino acids which help build, repair and promote healing in our body. It also act as a natural exfoliant, removing dead cells from the face allowing the skin to glow. Raw Honey - You've learned in the last post DIY mask post honey has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory effect. However, it's also rich in amino acid and vitamin B1. Vitamin B1 helps combat free radicals which decrease the appearance of aging. [METHOD] 1. Prepare 1 serving of oatmeal (like you generally do) and add 2 tablespoon of raw honey and stir to even the mixture. 2. Allow it to cool in a separate bowl. 3. Cleanse your face with warm water and apply the mixture on your face for 10 minutes. 4. Rinse with lukewarm water, tone and moisturize.
