Churro Cheesecake
What are two of the best desserts in the world? You guessed right: churro and cheesecake. And yes, there is a recipe that makes the hand-holding between the two very possible. Churros are these amazing fried dough pastries, sometimes sprinkled with sugar. You can often find these godsend goodies at street vendors. They. Are. So. Good. But even better, this dessert has a cheesecake filling.

Things You'll Need:

2 cans (8 oz. each) Pillsbury Crescent Dinner Rolls 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese..softened 1 tsp. Vanilla 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 cup Sugar..divided 2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon 13×9″ baking pan

How To Make It:

Unroll one of the cans of the Crescent dough and press it onto the bottom of a greased 13×9″ baking pan, to form a bottom crust. Firmly press the seams together to seal. With a hand mixture, beat the Cream Cheese, Vanilla, Egg and 1/2 cup of the Sugar on medium speed until well blended.
If you make these, I think it's only right that you send me some! ^_^

@ZoeMe here's what I found & it works REALLY WELL. Great for sleep over desserts Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9X13 baking dish. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp cinnamon, set aside. In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth. Add in egg, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture in to the bottom of the greased pan. Open one can of crescent rolls and lay out flat. Use your fingers to pinch and press the seams together so it is a solid rectangle of dough. Lay on top of cinnamon sugar mix on bottom of pan. Pour and spread the cream cheese mixture over crescent dough. Open second can of crescent rolls and lay out flat. Again, pinch together the seams. Lay on top of cream cheese filling. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar mixture on top of dough
