Trying out a new exercise once in awhile can help to stimulate other parts of your body and even helps you in your diet. Why is it always good to try out new exercises? This is because doing the same exercise over and over again can cause your body to get accustomed to the exercise and hence subconsciously not work as hard as before. One fitness trainer once mentioned that doing one exercise repeatedly can lead to better performance in that exercise but the result and benefits gained from the exercise will decrease over time. Hence regualarly changing and increasing the difficulty level of the exercise you are doing such as increasing the weight of weights you are lifting or increasing resistance of your bicycle will help you to burn more calories and reduce your weight. Alongside with yoga and pilates, try doing other exercises in usual days and you will see that changing the pattern or the style of doing the exercise can lead to a more successful diet.
