The recipe is easy with these ingredients:
1 cup gluten-free oats
2 Tbsp Chocolate Protein Powder (the recipe suggests the Vega brand)
1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
10 vegan dark chocolate covered espresso beans, chopped
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup flaxseed meal
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch of salt
I can just feel the health in all of those ingredients. Flaxseed meal as an excellent source of antioxidants, and fiber. And chia seeds (I’ve been seeing these healthy little guys all over!) have an excellent source of quality protein.
Combine all of these ingredients into a bowl. (This could get pretty fun using your hands to mush the mixture!) Take out spoon-sized balls and round them with your hands, and they are ready to eat right away!

My main problem would be that I would be eating these ALL DAY. These sounds dangerously delicious!
I feel like protein powder is something I need to get into. It’s in a lot of recipes now!
I have a friend who works for Vega, and I love their vegan protein powder. Their cookies and cream flavor is the best!
