Here's some delicious drinks to cool you down during the sticky summers. You may opt out on the alcohol, they're still tasty. Pair these with some grilled foods, and you're set for summer!

Ginger Beer Mojito

What You'll Need:
10 mint leaves
2 ounces fresh lime juice
1.5 ounces light rum (optional if you want to turn this into a mocktail)
4 ounces ginger beer garnishes: fresh lime wedges or slices, fresh mint sprigs
How To Make It:
Muddle the mint together with the lime juice in a glass. Add a few large ice cubes, then pour in the rum and ginger beer.
Finish the drink with additional garnishes, if desired.

Dark & Stormy

What You'll Need:
2 ounces of dark rum
3 ounces ginger beer
1/2 ounce lime juice
How To Make It:
Combine the rum, the ginger beer, and the lime juice, in a tall glass full of ice cubes. Stir.

Bahama Mama

What You'll Need:
1/2 fluid ounce rum

1/2 fluid ounce coconut-flavored rum
1/2 fluid ounce grenadine syrup
1 fluid ounce orange juice
1 fluid ounce pineapple juice
1 cup crushed ice
How To Make It:
Combine regular rum, rum with coconut flavoring, grenadine, orange juice, pineapple juice and crushed ice in an electric blender. Blend until the drink's consistency is slushy.

A sugared rim and chilled rum, please!
Omg. I love ginger beer and I love mojitos, but I never thought to combine the two. That's my next at-home cocktail for sure.
