Vera Wang's Spring 2016 Bridal Collection is shocking! Titled, "Hotel Madrid," the collection, according to Wang was inspired by the "beauty, freedom, mystery and intoxication of Spain."
While I've never been a strong supporter of Wang's previous designs, I find myself more and more finding reasons to fall in love with her fresh innovative concepts. Granted, most of what you see here are not wedding aisle appropriate, but wedding dresses, nowadays, are not just reserved for the ceremony and reception. Brides have been changing gowns from ceremony to reception for years. Now, brides are taking the intimacy route a bit further than sexy teddies from Frederick's of Hollywood.
Even of you choose to don one of these for your actual wedding ceremony and reception, it might be a good idea to throw on some nude under garments to tone down the sex appeal--especially if there will be minors in attendance.
Previously I wrote about Wang's pursuit of black and red for bridal gown colors. You should take a look at just how stunning wearing black (or red) can be on your wedding!
