Cover songs don't get enough love. Sure, Youtube is saturated with grainy videos of off-key singers in their bedrooms, but there are plenty of gems if you know where to look.

The Baseballs- Tik Tok

The world definitrly needed a rockabilly cover of Ke$ha's pop hit. I can imagine swing dancing to this during a hot summer night.

Angel Haze- Wrecking Ball

This raw acoustic cover of Miley Cyrus' Wrecking Ball is full of visceral passion. Definitrly one for all the heartbreakers out there.

Green Day- Working Class Hero

This cover is so poignant, especially when you consider the fact that a lot of the problems John Lennon was singing about (war, racism) are still unresolved today.

Peter Gabriel- My Body is a Cage

This cover is beyond haunting. The original by Arcade is also incredible, but Peter Gabriel is a master at the peak of his craft, and it shows.

Johnny Cash- Hurt

Trent Reznor himself has said that Cash took this song and made it great. All of the hewrtbreak and sorrow that plagued his life is evident in his rendition of the song.
I LOVE "My Body Is A Cage". It's so dark, but so good at the same exact time.
@beywatch it's one of my all-time favorite songs. House made really good use of it in the last season.
