When you reach a goal or a particular weight that you have been working weeks, months, even years towards then it’s only appropriate to reward yourself the right way. Sometimes the reward may be fast food, or soda, or a cheat day. Instead of rewarding yourself with food I have listed some other alternative rewards that are as equally satisfying.

New piercing.

New bathing suit.

DIY spa day.


New make-up.

I always go for the pedicure! My fitness goals usually revolve around running faster so a foot massage is just what I need.
