because you think you need to. Do it because you want to. Don’t do it because you think a size 4 sounds better than admitting you’re a size 8. Don’t do it for the double takes and constant stares. Do it for the compliments given by observant strangers. Don’t do it because you want to feel sexy. Do it because your body deserves love, respect and healthy attention. Don’t do it for the cute guy in your English class. Do it for self-love and acceptance. Don’t do it for the “likes” on social media. Do it for the before and after picture that will reveal the true difference. Don’t do it for anyone else. Do it for yourself.
One of the most liberating feelings in the world @galinda is when you start to accept your own personal situation and finding alternative ways through exercise that benefit you and only you.
