Drinking Coffee may Reduce the Risk of Depression Among Women
Can Coffee make you happier? A new study conducted by the Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH) suggests that women that drink coffee have a reduced risk of depression.
The study found the risk of depression to be 20% lower among women who drank four or more cups of caffeinated coffee than those who drank little or none. Those who drank decaf, tea, soft drinks, chocolate and other beverages were not so lucky. They appeared to be unprotected from depression.
My daily cup of coffee sure does make me happy, and now there’s more evidence that it will make me happy in the long-run. Good to see there are benefits to my caffeine addiction.

I found it so interesting that tea doesn’t do the same thing. I guess this solves the coffee/tea debate...right?
