I think, eat slowly doesn't mean you eat too slow or in slow motion (just joking) but you need to chew your food more than 2/3 times..before you swallow it. so what you eat can be digest properly if you need to rush..just drink something like smoothies or milk just to give you energy for 2/3 hours
i dont eat much but i cannot eat slowly.. it takes me only 10~15 mins to finish my meal.. sigh
Exactly @galinda I feel like everyone is in a massive rush to finish his/her meal so they can continue with his/her day, but in actuality that's not benefitting us in the long run.
Eating slowly is a big one for me. One days when I'm in a rush and have to scarf down a meal are the days that I end up eating way too much and feeling like crap.
