After a career that soanned over sixty-five years, Christopher Lee passed away on Sunday. First reports claimed the story was a hoax, but the news has since been confirmed.
Fans will probably remember him for his recent performances in The Hobbit and Star Wars, as well as his early roles in The Three Musketeers, The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes, and his portrayals of Dracula, which renewed interest in the character (Stephanie Meyer probably owes him some gratitude).
He also worked on an obscure heavy metal Christmas album, which is exactly as weird as you would expect it to be. In all seriousness, Lee was an amazing artist with a ruthless work ethic. I'm sad to see him go.
