Your body needs an assortment of vital nutrients to keep itself running smoothly. Even though you can get a lot of these nutrients through a multi-vitamin, or daily supplement, nearly all of them can be found in the foods you’re eating (at least should be eating) every day. This quick guide breaks down some of the best foods to eat if your body is lacking some of these vitamins and minerals.

Vitamin E

2 oz. sunflower seeds, 2 oz. almonds

Vitamin K

1 oz. spinach, 1 oz. kale

Vitamin D

2 cups milk, 2 eggs

Vitamin C

6 lg. strawberries, 1 orange, 1 papaya, 1 kiwi

Vitamin A

1 sweet potato, 1 cup cantaloupe, 1 small carrot

Vitamin B3

I cup chicken

Vitamin B12

4 oz. shrimp, 3 oz. sardines, 3 oz. salmon

Vitamin B6

2 lg. bananas, 2 cups tuna
Is it possible that my favorite foods are decided by what vitamins are in them? That sound strange but I definitely cover some of these categories better than others just in what I like to eat.
Coincidence or not @hikaymm that's awesome you're incorporating all the necessary vitamins and nutrients into your body on a conscious level :)
@skee292 I've at least got a few of them covered, hahaha!!
