Even a baby powder fight can help get your heart rate pumping.
Take your kids to the playground and play dinosaurs. You be a raptor and chase them around. Personally I love that kind of cardio.
Piggy back a child and go for a job. This helps too.
After your done go get ya a fresh tattoo :)

I'm not a mom yet but I know when I used to baby sit it was a serious workout. Can't imagine doing it full-time. Mom's are awesome! (Cute card!!!)
