Coconut oil is actually one of my favorite beauty oil during summer. It is very moisturizing, a small dose of the oil combined with other essential oil can turn my hair from lifeless to a healthy glow. What I love about his conditioner is it's all natural. Which means it's absolutely safe for people who chemically treated their hair.
Here's a recipe I've been using since 2013. Tried. Test. And proven to work.
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vitamin E oil
1 teaspoon jojoba oil
5 drops lavender essential
Additional supplies: Food mixer, Air-tight container (I use mason jar)
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix it on high for 8 mins. When you're done, transfer it to a container and you're done!
To use: Apply it onto wet hair after shampoo. Work from the ends to root and leave it in for 2-5 mints.
NOTE: Since coconut oil melts easily in warm climate you might want to store this in the fridge. This mixture can stay fresh until the coconut oil reaches its expiration date.

Would it change anything if I replace the essential oil? I want to use argan oil.
I recently started making my own chemical-free hair products and my hair never looked healthier. Green living does make a difference. I'll be adding this to my list.
