Even Stevens is all about the trials and tribulations of growing up as the younger sibling, which I know all too well. Growing up in the shadow of older siblings is not easy, but watching Louis Stevens do it in an absurd and comical way always made me feel a bit better about my own situation. Although the Stevens family has been off the air for some time, several of the actors are still pretty active.
Obviously, we all know that Shia LaBeouf has been up to some weird stuff since his days on Disney Channel. He's stayed in the spotlight for wearing paper bags on his head at movie premieres, ranting on Twitter about how he's not famous anymore and even getting arrested at a Walgreens. Most recently, he made a motivational speech that went viral on YouTube. I suggest watching if you're feeling lazy, I found it oddly inspiring.
Christy Carlson Romano went from being the annoying older sister that I always resented to a Broadway star. She worked on shows like Beauty and the Beast as well as Avenue Q.
She did prove she could sing during the musical episode of Even Stevens with We Went to the Moon in 1969. Thanks to her, I'll always remember the year of the moon landing.
Twitty!! Louis' goofy sidekick, AJ Trauth, is still acting and producing. Most importantly (to me at least), he married another Disney Channel star, Leah Pipes, who you true fans might remember from Pixel Perfect.
I remember being so excited with Louis and Tawny started dating. Since then, Margo Harshman has had tons of small guest starring roles on shows like Grey's Anatomy, The Big Bang Theory and NCIS. I secretly hope she and Shia still keep in touch.
Okay, Beans was pretty creepy on Even Stevens, but he seriously has gotten so much creepier. The actor has been in a couple of commercials since his days as the annoying, bacon-loving neighbor on Even Stevens, but he's stayed out of the spotlight for the most part.
