2 medium sweet potatoes, washed (not skinned)
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
1 tablespoon almond flour (or flour of your choice)
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup panko crumbs (regular or gluten-free)

I've never tried nutritional yeast in a sweet potato-based recipe. I bet that really pulls out the buttery-sweet flavor of the potato. Yum.
These look SO good! I'm big into sweet potatoes AND tater tots, so why not combine the two for a true superfood? Lol
