Abraham's Obedience Tested as a proof of his love to God.
I was so touched listening to the preach last Sunday. Reading this passage.
Abraham gave no excuse at all or asked questions why God wanted him to sacrifice his son, Isaac. A son of promise. We can imagine how Abraham felt at this moment. But he just obeyed.
At the end we can see, what was the result of his obedience. Countless blessings from God.
Abraham, then, named the place "The LORD Will Provide"
This name has now become a proverb: "On the mountain of the LORD it will be provided.
Let go and let God, don't stick your heart with anything in this world.
Obey and be God's bestfriend
