Mini Workout: Shower Edition
Rinse those locks under warm water in order to loosen up any dirt or oil and open up the cuticle. Jumping Jacks: 25. Start lathering the top of your head to the bottom of your ends with your favorite shampoo. March or Jog in place: 60 seconds. Rinse out the product until no suds are visible and reach for the body wash. Pushups against the wall: 50. Scrub your body down with your hands, loofah, or washcloth and let the water rinse off the residue. Plie squats: 20. Grab the conditioner, coat your ends (not your roots), and let it soak up the benefits for a couple minutes. Jumping Jack: 25. Rinse off any remaining product and turn off the shower and start your day.

Yes @aabxo if you have a stand up shower/enough room! You can substitute high knees or another activity if you don't
