As many of you know, I am not really a heavy drinker. But every once in a while I will indulge in cocktails that are weak in the alcohol content. Pina Coladas are just that! These are from The Tomkat Studio, where you can mix in Seagram's Escapes to make colorful coladas perfect for Independence Day!
4 oz Malibu rum
4 oz cream of coconut
6 oz pineapple juice
Add all ingredients to blender and fill with ice. Blend until smooth, adding ice as needed until desired thickness. Pour into glasses 3/4 full, then pour 3 oz-4 oz of Seagram’s "Calypso Colada" Escapes on top.
For the Red Colada, follow the recipe for the Blue Colada but use Seagram's "Strawberry Daiquiri" Escapes instead.
