Creamy, iced, and boozy, this drink it the perfect summer cocktail for the coffee lover. It one-part pick-me-up, one part dessert, one part danger. And sometimes you make a drink that actually tastes as good as it looks.
This drink seems like one you’d sit on your porch and sip, not necessarily something you’d drink to get “turnt.” But that doesn’t mean you will be able to drink it and walk away unscathed. ;)

2 oz. strong cold-brew coffee
2 oz. stout (such as AleSmith Speedway or Guinness)
1½ oz. Irish whiskey
¾ oz. simple syrup
1/2 ounce heavy cream
Freshly grated cinnamon stick (for serving)

Mix coffee, stout, whiskey, and simple syrup in a highball glass. Add ice to fill. Gently pour in cream so it gradually sinks into coffee; sprinkle with cinnamon.

This really does look amazing. Also if you've never tried Alesmith's Speedway Stout, I'd hiiiighly recommend it. It's got subtle chocolate notes.

Okay, so I've made hot Irish Coffee but I've never tried a cool version like this that sounds absolutely delicious and I must try it.

Yeah, I’m a huge fan of hot Irish coffee too @hikaymm! Sometimes I wonder if Irish people actually drink their coffee like that every morning! lol.
