I know what you're thinking! I'm right there with you. I can't imagine ANYTHING green going into my brownie mix! Now, I'm not super amazing in the kitchen, but I think I should totally make these and see what the outcome is. I'd love it too if you did the same thing and just went for it! If you do, and you should, then please let me know how they turned out!
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup yogurt
2 t vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk
1 t apple cider vinegar
1/2 t baking soda
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 t salt
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
Preheat your oven to 350*
Grease and flour an 8×8 pan
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately
Combine and stir together (just to incorporate--don't over stir)
Spread evenly in your pan, and bake for 10 minutes
Let cool for at least 30 minutes and cut.
I have not tried these yet. I'm sorta scared. But totally intrigued about making healthier brownies with an avocado. What do you think? Would you make these?
