Don't sleep on your side of face. If you sleep face-down on a pillow or primarily on one side, the weight of your body and compression from the bedding can cause "sleep crush" lines - diagonal lines across the forehead, from the lower eyelids to the bottom of the nose and theough the lip and chin. Sleeping on the side is very comfortable for me but I hate getting red marks in the morning. I stop doing that when I realize it could cause premature aging.
