As soon as you wake up...

Try:

50 jumping jacks 10 push-ups

20 sit ups

Then:

20 bicycles

20 mountain climbers

30 second plank

For all of you who are like...

You have to do 3 more cycles to complete the workout.

But, think about all the energy you will have for the rest of the day if you do it. I have faith in you and so does Demi Lovato.
