There aren't a lot of short workouts that will get you exhausted, but this will. For 30 seconds you're doing a set of exercise. This is an interval training workout, so prepare to feel like a sweaty mess after two minutes. With a mix of push-ups, wall-sits, lunges, squats, and high knees -- I wish you all of the bro-luck.
