Often times we get so caught up in the material aspect of things that we forget to just take time out and focus on ourselves -- mind, body and soul. In order to feel beautiful on the outside, we all know that we first must feel beautiful on the inside. Beauty radiates from within, but you can't see just how beautiful you are unless you take care of yourself and live a positive, healthy lifestyle.

Get A Full Nights Rest ( Recommended 7.5-8 hrs.)
In other words, go to bed at a decent time and make sure you get at least 7-8 hours of sleep. Waking up in the morning well rested allows you to have a substantial amount of energy which in turn makes you go throughout your day feeling amazing.
Stretch In The Morning Or Before Bed
You don't have to be the most athletic to do a few stretches to get your day started or end your day. Stretching is a way to both rejuvenate your body and calm your mind. Get to stretching.
Take Care Of Yourself From The Inside Out
Drink water daily. Take your vitamins. Eat healthy. Stay active. All of this is common sense. Do all of this consistently and watch your true beauty shine through.
Crack A Smile More Often
You don't have to wait for someone to say something to you to crack a smile. Smile just because -- because you're alive, life is great and you're beautiful. What's not to smile about?
Love Yourself Unconditionally
Without self love, beauty would be non-existent. Love yourself first and foremost. You don't need anyone to love you. Self-love is always the best love. Show yourself how amazing and wonderful you truly are.
