This recepe is one of my favourites, it tastes amazing plus it's really easy to make.
All you need: - red / yellow / green peppers
- chickpeas - tofu - some spices: salt, pepper, paprika, garlic Slice peppers, remove seeds and fill them with chickpeas and tofu, yes it's that easy, if you'd like more creamy effect get silk tofu or just put your tofu in water overnight. Put it in oven for 20 minutes at 180°C and you're done!

This looks like a great cheap and delicious meal for vegan students. I know when you're on a budget, a lot of people think that you can't eat healthy, but this is a great example of how you can!
