Quick and easy vegan desert, no cooking or baking, all you need is blender and some ingredients that you probably already have at home!
Ingredients: - different types of nuts (almonds, cashews, hazelnuts...) - 1 spoon of coconut butter
- 5 dates - coconut flakes - fresh and frozen blueberries Throw everything in blender and blend! If mixture doesn't stick together add some more dates or coconut butter. Wash your hands and shape your mixture into small balls, you can top them with some more cocnut flakes. After you're done, put it in your fridge for 30 minutes and you're all done!

Sorry for late reply. Just use more coconut butter! Dates and coconut butter are mainly for thick and sticky mixture :)
