This is literally what keeps me alive in these hot summer days.
If you haven't tryed making your own iced tea, this is how I do it.
First, make ordinary (hot) tea of your home-grown spices, like mint, lemonbalm and linden (this is my kind of mixture). Than let it cool down (you can put it in a freezer if you're in a hurry). Meanwhile, squeeze some lemons, oranges, greipfruit, red greipfruit, whatever citrus and squeezy kind of fruits you like. Than mix it all together. If you want a sweeter version, add honey. And at the end, don't forget about the ice! Lots and lots and lots of it. It's summer!
