HIMYM Guide To Studying For Midterms
You try to act like the responsible unstable college student you are. You've got your GPA on the line when in reality you'd rather be partying it up with your friends at the bars or Netflix and chillin' with bae. You attempt to convince yourself that the subject you're currently study will hopefully pay off one day when you get your dream job (of working in a cubicle). Also, you've just realized this is the first time you've opened your outdated textbook that you paid over $100 for. To ease your tensions, you go to see a study session that is supposedly hosted by your professor. Obviously the professor doesn't show so instead you get the TA who is supposed to be able to answer all of your questions. The TA is pretty much the same age as you and you've seen him or her at a house party twice last weekend but somehow they're you're last hope. The class is basically dead silent during the study session and during the review session during class. Your teacher makes a derogatory comment about how we've probably all studied enough to prepare for the test even though the professor knows 90% of us haven't even opened the book and we're just waiting for the genius in the front row to give a long winded thought somehow giving us all of the information we didn't listen to during lecture. Anxiety starts to set in as you start to cram study. People are offering Adderall, you haven't gone to bed before 2am in three days and your hygiene is becoming questionable. You're eating choices are taking a dive and you can't remember the last time you were able to go to the gym. And then you break down. (Yes, I understand this is from Big Bang Theory but I couldn't stop laughing at this GIF) Now you're starting to get moody and unapproachable. You tell everyone how you'd rather shoot yourself which is extremely unnecessary but all you can think about is the day that you won't have to worry about the midterms anymore. You have been studying for hours now which feels like days long and you've retained next to nothing. Death is among you. You've become so irritable that you've been completely MIA on the social scene. All of your friends with less intensive majors or schedules that somehow landed them with teachers who don't give midterms take you aside. They want you to be back to your fun self who loves the university but all you want to do is scream. You're so worn down that your emotions are on the brink of war. So when you finally break down and explain all of your frustrations, your friends respond with a very unsympathetic response. "Oh that sucks," they say. BUT THEN MIDTERMS ARE OVER. CONGRATULATIONS YOU SURVIVED. And then you receive your grade a few days later just reminding you that your C+ was not worth the amount of stress you exerted to not even be mediocre. Next stop...FINALS.

Ted Mosby is definitely the biggest romantic on TV. Seriously, he spends nine seasons telling the longest love story ever, and it's totally adorable. He might be a little reckless when it comes to finding love, but that's just because he wants it so bad. I secretly think we all feel like Ted Mosby, but we're too shy to show it! So if you're a hopeless romantic looking for love, use a little of Ted's advice and maybe one day you'll be telling your kids the story of how you met their mother (or father). 1. Make sure that you're ready to fall in love. Sometimes you have to find yourself before you can find someone else. 2. Take a risk. If you don't, chances are you'll regret it and always wonder what could have been. Seriously, do it! What's the worst that could happen? 3. It's okay if it doesn't work out. Not every relationship is the one. If you're learning from it, it's probably worth it. 4. Don't be afraid to say how you feel. This is my biggest problem, but if I want to have a healthy relationship, I have to get better at communication (even if it does terrify me). 5. Don't get discouraged. You might get your heart broken and you might break some hearts, but in the end, it's all worth it.

Couple of the Week: Marshall and Lily
This week's couple of the week is everyone's favorite television couple of all time (after Jim and Pam, of course) – HIMYM's Marshall and Lily. Or, as we've come to know them, the adorable Marshmallow and Lilypad! They're also the sassiest couple of all time, so watch out. ...Which might be the sole reason I chose them as couple of the week. But wait! No! What am I saying! There are like a MILLION more reasons to choose Marshmallow and Lilypad as couple of the week. Starting with their adorableness (note the matching sweater). And don't forget the love at first sight, the endless rituals, the utter compatibility... Basically, Marshall and Lily make us all desperate to find our soulmates, so we can be as cute as them. And remember when they renewed their vows, because spending your life with someone requires a lot of adjustment and growth and change – together? IT'S JUST THE CUTEST THING. Which TV Finale Disappointed You The Most?
To every intense TV fan, the series finale is a truly bittersweet moment. You're sad to see your favorite show go, but it's time. You're anticipating so much. The characters and the plot need to work out exactly as you hoped or you'll be disappointed. Even if it's not exactly what you want...it needs to be close. But there are some TV finales out there that are just WTF. Totally confusing, totally unsatisfying, leaving all fans shouting "I WAITED SEVEN SEASONS FOR THIS?!" How I Met Your Mother How could they toss away the mother's character like that?? The show's title alone sets up fans to want a relationship with the mother, and then we barely get to know her. Disappointing. Dexter I sort of thought Dexter would die at the end of all of this, and honestly, that seems like a pretty appropriate ending based on the seven seasons. But no...he's just living in a cabin somewhere lumberjacking it up? Nah, I don't buy it. Gossip Girl Dan is Gossip Girl, are you kidding?!? Plot wise, it makes sense I guess, but I will never understand that decision. Also...why is no one pissed at him for it?? Serena even marries him knowing all the crap he put her through as Gossip Girl. It's all very confusing. Lost So everyone's dead? But they're together in heaven? Is that it? Lost remained true to all the seasons and confused the crap out of me with the season finale. At least Vincent was in it, he was always my favorite character anyways. I think of each of these shows a little less fondly because of their totally unsatisfying finales. @gavriella @rodiziketan @nicolejb @danidee and all the other Vingle TV fans out there, which TV finale is most disappointing for you?

9 Reasons Why Barney Stinson Should Be Your Spirit Animal
We can all agree that Barney Stinson makes "How I met Your Mother" Legend WAIT FOR IT dary. But there is just so much more then meets the eye about your handsome, womanizing, secret softie. Pretty much everything about him is awesome, which is why I'm cutting it down to 9 reasons why Barney needs to be your spirit animal. He never worries if he's over or under dressed. He likes to look good and makes sure he does at all times. "Suiting Up" makes sure you look and feel your best, which is how we all should be. He makes sure that everything he does is legendary. Why live a life of normal days and average nights out when every action you do can make you a legend. Barney never backs down from anything. He is ready to push himself to the limits and becomes very creative while trying too achieve his goal. It's a great personality trait to constantly challenge yourself, even if its trying to land a girl while dressed as a grandpa. Similar to always challenging himself, Barney accepts when he is defeated gracefully. He won't shy away from a bet, especially a slap bet. There is nothing worse then someone bitching out of a bet. Barney would never do that. He knows he's hot. We should all have the same confidence and embrace who we are and how we look. He doesn't give a crap about what anyone (besides his besties) think of him. So what if he looks thirsty, he doesn't care. He is all about his own happiness. He never tries to be something he isn't. He jokes around, avoids actually doing work and plays hundreds of girls, but he never lies about who he is to the people who matter. And thats what is most important. He may be a little scared of love but who isn't! He still mans up and admits his feeling in the most beautiful way possible. He prioritizes and knows what is really important, like family and friends.

Because sometimes the best thing to say is nothing at all. Principal Skinner was always one of my favorite Simpsons characters because, when we're kids, we think our administrators are these super confident authoritarian types, but then there's Skinner, who always backtracked on his opinions and got picked on by the students and bossed around by his teachers. Who is/was your favorite Simpsons character?

What's the Saddest Anime you have ever watched.
The Saddest Anime I have ever watched was an anime by the name of Anohana. If anyone has ever watched this anime then you know exactly how I feel. The story is very compelling with allot of tearjerker moments, so many times I thought I had the premise figured out until the climatic ending. If I had to rate this anime I would give it a 9 out of 10.
