I was a bit drowsy and thought I'd find ways to stay awake. But the truth of the matter is, the answer isn't in staying awake, it's in getting good restful sleep. While the 6 steps mentioned are pretty simple and straight forward, I know that I am guilty of not following these. If I take a week to test this out, I bet my time awake will be even better too.
Do you guys have trouble with sleep and staying awake? What are your methods for getting to sleep faster, longer and better?
my three major problems. I sleep at 4am wake up at 2pm. I work out at 1am. I take 4 hr naps.
I wish I could sleep a solid 10 hours a day while still being able to get up early and tackle the day and stay up very late watching Netflix to the wee hours.
