One of the most important reasons why I just love traveling Italy is the food. I've never tasted such food as in Italy. A month ago, when I was doing my Southern Italy trip, I decided to give a well known sphagetti bolognese a try. I was so surprised. A big diference from the recipe I am used to in Slovenia. Here in our country, it seems like the most important ingrediant is meat. So lots of meat. But in Italy, there is actually more tomatos than meat, and tomatos are fresh, so non of this canned shit. Meat is just kind of a spice. So, it was an amazing meal. Of course I grabbed a beer as well, and I got fresh olives as a starter, which was amazing as well. Oh, and this was at one of the resturants in Arbelobello.
