Bsck in November of 2014, my doctor advised me that I needed to shed some weight. 40lbs actually. I don't like gyms or exercising in front of people. So I took matters into my own hands! Kpop always makes me want to get up amd move. So I found made a playlist on Spotify and just got up an danced! Since then I've lost 12 lbs!
