Gas prices are about to go WAY down thanks to the nuclear deal with Iran. Many are estimating under $2 per gallon. Before it was banned to trade oil with them (starting in 1995), but now the trade is open and getting ready.
So what does this mean for family vacations? Lots of road trips and exploring. But before you use those low gas prices to travel around...there are some places you should know about to visit.

Here is a few weird spots you might want to pull over and take a road trip break, and fill up on that oh-so-cheap gas:

World’s largest ball of twine. Cawker City, Kansas

Giant Pink Hipster Elephant. DeForest, WI

Meteor Crater. Northern Arizona

Coral Castle. Homestead, FL

But hey, don’t back up that minivan and head out on a roadtrip just yet...
"Once we get past Labor Day, we should see gas falling by 10 to 15 cents a month," said Tom Kloza, chief oil analyst with the Oil Price Information Service. "By December a lot of places are going to see gasoline at $2 or less.”
good to hear I'm sick of paying $3.60 for premium.
@nicolejb Yep and it definitely sucks. 😕 But out here everything is priced high. Hopefully this happens fast 😅
Good thing. My bf truck takes about 60-70 to fill up.
Gah! I used to worry about gas so much, but since I'm in New York, no drving!!!!
I totally feel ya @DownShiftSteve! I’ve been dying to just cruise around the town.
