Can you tell that I have an obsession with whipped cream and infusing it with alcohol? Let's see, I've posted about Orange Cointreau Whipped Cream here, and the last post was Tequila Lime Whipped Cream, which you can find here. This time, it's Vanilla Elderflower. I have never stocked it before, so I am not sure what it's going to taste like. However, @rodiziketan is very familiar with elderflower. This, like all the previous posts I mentioned are from the stellar kitchen of Jackie Dodd from Domestic Fits.
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp elderflower liquor (like St. Germain)
As with all whipped cream instructions, whip it with the whisk attachment to your stand mixer. Don't over whip it. It should only take 3-4 minutes, forming soft peaks.
Eat this like you would any other alcohol-infused whipped cream recipe: with a spatula from the bowl!
