When you say mexico, someone says Margarita. But the truth is, the Paloma is much more traditional. As I heard, when you're in a pub in mexico, you have one bottle of tequila on the counter, some salt and limes and a big mug of grapefruit soda. So people tend to pour their own Palomas. I tried Paloma for a second time today, but this time I made it myself. Let me just say... I get why locals like Paloma more than Margarita. So all you need is 2 oz. of tequila, fresh lime juice, some salt and grapefruit soda. And as always, lots of ice. So, have you ever tried Paloma? How was it?
