We Can Have Yuca Healthy Too!
So maybe you're on this health-kick and you're not really into fried yuca. Fine. But if you're going to boil yuca, you've got to do it the right way. Yuca, like potatoes, can be very bland. I've got a really easy recipe and you only need a few ingredients.

What You'll Need:

2lb of Yuca (peeled & cut in chunks)
2 teaspoon of lime juice
1/2 Onion(diced)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt

How To Make It:

1) Boil yuca in water in a covered saucepan.
2) Stir in salt and lime juice. Bring to a boil. Medium-high heat.
3) Boil for about 30 minutes
4) Add garlic, another teaspoon of lime juice, onions, and olive oil into a separate pan. Heat for about 3-5 minutes. Pour on top of the yuca.
