Are you constantly running late to work? Unable to stop hitting the snooze button?

Some days, you just need a little extra help rolling out of bed. Here are a couple ideas to make wake-up time easier:
Develop a regular sleeping pattern.
Your body will wake up easier if it's used to getting up at the same time every day.
Use natural light.
When it's dark, our body knows it's time to produce melatonin, aka the sleep hormone. Crack your shades before you go to bed, so that sunlight can seep in and help you wake up more naturally.
Less screen time.
Stop using electronic devices with backlit screens an hour before you want to fall asleep. It'll help you fall asleep faster, and get more better quality sleep.
Place your alarm clock out of reach.
Not so far away that you won't hear it, but forcing yourself to get up and out of bed to turn it off ensures that you won't keep hitting snooze for an hour.
Plan your morning routine ahead of time.
Run through it mentally, or jot down a list. It'll make it easier to get ready efficiently even if you're still lost in that early morning fog.
